Public Transport Services
General Information
Fast Ferries operate the ferry service across the Darwin Harbour between Cullen Bay and Mandorah. This service is available for the general public.
The Northern Territory Government provides a level of support for the Mandorah Ferry services mainly for students attending schools in Darwin.

To help ensure that school students behave sensibly and safely, the Department of Lands and Planning, together with operators, schools and police, have developed codes of conduct, codes of good practice and procedures for school children.
The Code of Conduct for Ferry Travel is a guideline for students, parents and carers. The Code applies to all students attending primary, middle and secondary schools in the Northern Territory who use the ferry to travel to or from school, or for other school related activities.
The Code also applies to students who are travelling with a parent or carer, for more information on parent / carer responsibilities please refer to section 9 of the Code.
Public Bus Services
The Route 14 public bus service was introduced to transport Mandorah Ferry passengers and Cullen Bay residents to and from Darwin City and the Darwin Interchange.
School Bus Services
The Route 459 morning and afternoon school bus services transports students to and from Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal to Stuart Park Primary School, Larrakeyah Primary School, Darwin Middle School and Darwin High School.
