Strollers and Prams

On Easy Access buses where there is appropriate space, children may be left in strollers and prams. If there is no appropriate space the driver may ask that the children be carried and the stroller or pram stowed.

Please be aware that the primary legal responsibility where a child is taken on a bus in a stroller or pram rests with the person accompanying the child.

Bicycles

Carriage of bicycles is currently not permitted on buses. Legislation currently states that a person shall not take into or upon any bus, any luggage other than articles which may conveniently be carried in the hand, and which will not, in the opinion of the driver, interfere with the comfort of other passengers.
