Commercial Passenger Vehicle
The Commercial Passenger Vehicle Branch of the Road Transport Compliance, is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial passenger vehicle policy within legislative frameworks and with due regard to Government, industry and key stakeholder requirements. This includes commercial passenger vehicle standards, operator accreditation, driver licensing, monitoring compliance and the management of complex complaints. The Branch also provides information, advice and secretariat support to the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Board.
