To assist Territorians enjoy the safe and free Territory Day fireworks display at Mindil Beach tonight, the Territory Government is providing Additional Route 15 services from Darwin Interchange to Mindil Beach.
It’s the same well used service that normally operates to support the Mindil Beach Markets and will pick up and drop off passengers at all stops along the route.
As on those Thursday services, normal fares apply but, as usual, all school aged children travel free of charge.

There will also be additional services to and from Mindil Beach on routes 4 and 6.
The Department of Transport has been made aware that NT News and Channel Nine incorrectly promoted free bus services for this evening.

Due to a special event in Marrara on Saturday 4 July 2015 all Route 3 services after 2:30pm will depart from the temporary event bus stop only.
Passengers are advised that bus stops 082, 083, 084, 228, 229 and 230 will close progressively from Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 June due to the resurfacing works on Dick Ward Drive.
Should a bus stop be affected due to the works please walk to the next bus stop which is approximately 400 metres walk.
The Northern Territory Government will be providing additional Route 15 bus services from Darwin Interchange to Mindil Beach.

Passengers are advised that bus stop 352 will close on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 June 2015 due to road works at Maluka Drive and Rolyat Street.
Passengers currently utilising bus stop 352 will need to proceed to the Palmerston Bus Interchange as no buses will access this bus stop while the road works are in progress.
Public Transport apologises for any inconvenience caused by this closure.
Parents, teachers, students and carers are advised that the school bus stop 520 has been relocated from Willeroo Street to Tiwi Gardens Road.
Commencing Monday 1 June, school bus routes 206(AM/PM), 202(PM), 207(PM) and 227(PM) will depart from and arrive at the bus stop at Tiwi Gardens Road.

Passengers are advised that due to road works at the intersection of University Avenue and Chung Wah Terrace, public bus services will not use the bus stops at McDonalds and Centrelink on Sunday 31 May and Sunday 7 June 2015.
While the works are in progress, passengers will need to use the Palmerston Bus Interchange or the bus stop outside Coles.

Passengers are advised that changes to timetables for public bus routes 6, 8 and 10 will commence from Monday 11 May 2015.
The changes have been made to the route timetables to better reflect the real time running of public buses to each bus stop. Bus departure times for the routes have not changed.
In addition route 6 will no longer travel to Larrakeyah (deviation b) or Playford Street, Parap (deviation e).
