Change Address Details

Changing contact details can be done:

• online using the transaction number shown on your renewal notice. If this is not available the system will allow you to use the Customer ID and the plate number shown on your registration certificate; or
• or by phone 1300 654 628 (business hours only); or
• by mail or at MVR Customer Service centres. You will need to provide;
  • completed form 'M2 Application for Change of Details'.
  • current address;
  • licence number
  • date of birth;
  • full name;
  • registration number
