Free Bus Travel
Students
All students attending an Australian education facility (which includes primary, middle and high school, University, TAFE and VET students nationally (studying part-time or full-time) can travel for FREE on all scheduled services on the Territory’s school and public bus networks.

For Free Travel
- Primary school students do not need to present their Student ID Card
- Middle school students should present their Student ID Card
- Senior school students MUST present their Student ID Card
- University, TAFE and VET students MUST present their Student ID Card
Excludes
- Preschool students
- School-based excursions
- International student card holders

Seniors, Pensioners, Carers, Veterans and the Vision Impaired
All Seniors, Pensioners and Carers, Veterans and the Vision impaired (nationally) presenting a valid identification card can travel for FREE on all scheduled services on the Territory’s public bus networks. Media Release

- Australian Government Pensioner Concession Card (Centrelink)
- NT Government Pensioner & Carer Concession Card
- NT Government Seniors Card
- Other State or Territory Government Seniors Card
- Veterans Affairs Gold Card (some family members are also issued with this card)
- Vision Impaired Travellers Pass
Excludes
- National Seniors card holders
